For 8 seconds, Swirling Aura has a 75% chance to block arrows and magical projectiles.
Casting cost: 10 energy
Casting time: 1 sec
Recharge time: 60 sec
Relevant attribute: Water Magic

It doesnt say, but I wanted to double check. Can you cast this on team members or is this just a self enchantment?

pretty much every elementalist enchantment are for self... except wind brone speed.

If it says "target ally" you can cast it on yourself or another party member (or friendly NPC).
If it says "target other ally" you cannot cast it on yourself.

If it does not say, it is probably self-only.
In this case, it is a self-only enchantment.
